2.030. The joint committee on legislative research shall annuallycollate, index, print, and bind all laws and resolutions passed or adoptedby the general assembly and all measures approved by the people since thelast publication of the session laws. Any edition of the session lawspublished pursuant to this section is a part of the official laws andresolutions of the general assembly at which the laws and resolutions werepassed.
