2.091. The secretary of the senate and chief clerk of the house shalldeliver, upon request, one copy of the journal of their respective chambersto the judge of any court of record, any member of either house of thegeneral assembly, the head of any state department, bureau or stateinstitution, the state university, the Missouri state historical societyand any public library in the state, two copies of each to the law libraryassociation of St. Louis, and three copies of each to the Library ofCongress at Washington, D.C. The remaining copies shall be preserved,subject to the orders of the general assembly.
