2.110. The secretary of state, as soon as practicable afterthe effective date of this section and every four yearsthereafter if during any such period any amendments have beenadopted, shall reprint, issue and distribute forty-five thousandcopies of the Constitution of the state of Missouri in the formcontained in "Report No. 5" of the committee on legislativeresearch, together with the amendments that have been adoptedsince the preceding publication.
