7.220. The Missouri boundary commission shall represent thestate of Missouri and may enter into negotiations withrepresentatives from any state having common borders with thestate of Missouri for the purpose of negotiating compacts witheach of these states for the establishment of official boundariesbetween Missouri and each of these states.
