Duty of peace officers of Cole County.

8.210. Every conservator of the peace for the county of Coleshall, upon information on oath or of their own knowledge, causeany person committing waste, trespass or injury on state propertyat the seat of government to be brought before him by likeprocess as in other criminal cases to cause the person to enterinto recognizance with sufficient security for his appearance atthe next term of the circuit court of the county, or to commithim to jail in default of his entering into recognizance.
