No bankruptcy petition may be filed, when.

8.560. Prior to the date which is three hundred sixty-six days afterwhich the authority no longer has any bonds outstanding, the authority isprohibited from filing a voluntary petition pursuant to chapter 9 of thefederal bankruptcy code or such corresponding chapter or section as may,from time to time, be in effect, and a public official or organization,entity, or other person shall not authorize the authority to be or become adebtor pursuant to chapter 9 or any successor or corresponding chapter orsections during such periods. The provisions of this section shall be partof any contractual obligation owed to the holders of bonds issued undersections 8.500 to 8.565 and shall not subsequently be modified by state lawduring the period of the contractual obligation.
