8.622. In all renovation and new construction undertaken bythis state, and in all new construction undertaken by anypolitical subdivision of this state, the standard specificationsfor making such public improvements accessible to and usable bythe physically disabled shall be the specifications mostrecently published by the American National Standards Institute,Inc. (ANSI).
