Supplemental agreements dependent upon appropriations--state agenciesto cooperate with board.

18.070. 1. Any supplementary agreement entered into under paragraph(6) of the compact in section 18.060 requiring the expenditure of fundsshall not become effective as to Missouri until the required funds areappropriated by the legislature.

2. The department, agencies and officers of this state and itssubdivisions are authorized to cooperate with the board in the furtheranceof any of its activities pursuant to the compact, provided such proposedactivities have been made known to, and have the approval of the governor.
