Committee created, members, appointment--political representation.

21.530. 1. There is established a permanent joint committee of thegeneral assembly to be known as the "Joint Committee on CapitalImprovements and Leases Oversight" to be comprised of five members of thesenate appropriations committee and five members of the house ofrepresentatives budget committee. The senate members shall be appointed bythe president pro tem of the senate and the house members shall beappointed by the speaker of the house.

2. No major party shall be represented on the committee by more thanthree members from the senate nor by more than three members from thehouse.
