21.563. The committee shall compile a full report of itsactivities for submission to the general assembly. The reportshall be submitted not later than the fifteenth of January ofeach year in which the general assembly convenes in regularsession and shall include any recommendations which the committeemay have for legislative action, as well as any recommendationsto retirement system boards of management. The report shall alsoinclude an analysis and statement of the manner in whichstatutory provisions relating to public employee retirementprograms are being executed.
