26.055. The governor shall have the authority and he ishereby empowered to reconvey or sell in the same manner asprovided in section 26.050 any real estate which has heretoforebeen purchased by the state, and in her name, at any sheriff'ssale made under and by authority of any distress warrantheretofore issued by the state auditor.
