Credit or debit cards may be accepted for payment of taxes andfees--secretary of state to establish a revenue collection centerfor prepaid accounts--refund, procedure.

28.684. The secretary of state may accept credit or debit cards andestablish a new revenue collection center for prepaid accounts for thepayment of required taxes and fees. The secretary of state shall work withthe state treasurer and the office of administration in connection withsuch payments. No person establishing a prepayment account pursuant tothis section shall be entitled to payment of any interest on such account.Funds in prepayment accounts shall be refundable upon the order of theperson or persons authorized to transfer money from such an account.
