Fund created, moneys to be deposited in fund.

30.1014. There is hereby created in the state treasury the "FederalStimulus Fund", which, provisions of law to the contrary notwithstanding,shall consist of all moneys except those specifically allocable to thefunds established under the provisions of sections 288.290, 288.300, and644.122, RSMo, received in the state treasury pursuant to the AmericanRecovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as enacted by the 111th UnitedStates Congress, which are intended to stimulate the economy and are nototherwise allocable to the federal budget stabilization fund under section30.1010. The state treasurer shall be custodian of the fund and mayapprove disbursements from the fund in accordance with sections 30.170 and30.180. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080, RSMo, to thecontrary, any moneys remaining in the fund at the end of the biennium shallnot revert to the credit of the general revenue fund. The state treasurershall invest moneys in the fund in the same manner as other funds areinvested. Any interest and moneys earned on such investments shall becredited to the fund.
