Employees' compensation, direct deposit, electronic transferof funds--treasurer and commissioner of administration--duties,powers.

33.155. 1. The commissioner of administration and thestate treasurer may establish an electronic funds transfersystem to transfer directly into payees' accounts in financialinstitutions in payment of any account allowed against thestate.

2. A single transfer may contain payments to multiplepayees.

3. The commissioner of administration and the statetreasurer, by joint rules, shall establish the standards andprocedures for administering the system.
