Estimates to show expenditures of preceding biennium.

33.230. The estimate forms shall contain a sufficient numberof columns to provide for the estimates for the two fiscal yearsof the biennium and in addition thereto for the expenditures ofthe two fiscal years of the preceding biennium. Suchexpenditures shall be entered on the forms by the budget directorand shall show the actual expenditures of the first fiscal yearof the current biennium and the estimated expenditure for thesecond fiscal year of the current biennium. In preparing suchestimates for the second fiscal year, the budget director mayrequire the assistance of any department. Such forms shall alsoprovide a column in which the recommendation of the governor maybe entered.
