34.065. Where, because of the large number of possiblebidders for a particular purchase, it is impractical to submit arequest for a bid to all possible bidders each time a bid isrequested, request shall be made in rotation pursuant to theregulation of the commissioner of administration so as ultimatelyto include all the possible bidders, except that recognizedcompetitive bidders shall be solicited in each instance.
