36.130. Following the adoption of the classification planand the allocation of classes therein of positions in theclassified service, the class titles set forth therein shall beused to designate such positions in all official records,vouchers, payrolls, and communications. No person shall beappointed to, or employed in, a position in divisions of theservice subject to this law under a class title which has notbeen approved by the director as appropriate to the duties to beperformed.
