National accreditation recognized as equivalent to state licensure.

37.503. When a not-for-profit human services organization providinghabilitative and rehabilitative services to people with disabilities in thestate of Missouri has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation ofRehabilitation Facilities or the Accreditation Council on Services for Peoplewith Disabilities, that specific accreditation shall be recognized in lieu ofand as an equivalent to any state licensure or certification requirements byall state agencies when purchasing services on behalf of persons withdisabilities.
