Federal law applicable, when.

41.020. All acts of the Congress of the United Statesproviding for the administration, control, equipment, governmentand organization of the armed forces of the United States,together with the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder,now in effect and hereafter enacted or promulgated, may byappropriate rules and regulations be adopted by the governor forthe operation and regulation of the militia of the state insofaras the same are not inconsistent with rights reserved to thisstate under the constitution of the state and provisions of thiscode.
