Reserve forces--selection of officers.

41.260. Officers of such reserve forces shall be appointedin the manner prescribed by this chapter for the appointment ofofficers in the organized militia. Officers may hold commissionsin both the national guard and the reserve forces at the sametime and the acceptance of one shall not have the effect ofvacating the other. The reserve forces shall be under thecommand of the commanding general designated by the governor byand with the advice and consent of the senate.
