Efficiency board--appointment--duties.

41.360. An efficiency board may be appointed at any time todetermine the moral character, capacity and general fitness of anofficer. The board shall be appointed by order of the governorand shall consist of three commissioned officers, senior in rankto the officer under investigation. The findings andrecommendations of the board shall be transmitted to thegovernor, who shall approve or disapprove. If the approvedfindings are unfavorable to the officer, his commission shall beterminated.
