Enlisted men--discharge--separation from service.

41.410. 1. The discharge of an enlisted man from theorganized militia shall be effected by order of the governor, asmay be authorized or prescribed by the laws and regulations forthe government of the armed forces of the United States or undersuch regulations as may be prescribed by the governor.

2. No person who has been separated from the militia serviceof this state or the armed forces of the United States underdishonorable conditions shall be permitted to again enter theorganized militia of the state.
