Conservators of the peace.

41.690. Every commissioned officer, warrant officer andenlisted person acting under the order of the governor, or of anyofficer, civil or military, authorized by law to call out theorganized militia or any part thereof, as provided in thismilitary code, shall have the same rights and immunities as otherconservators of the peace under the provisions of the laws of thestate.
