Highway patrol traffic records fund created, moneys to be depositedinto fund.

43.252. All moneys received by the superintendent of the Missourihighway patrol for the copying of reports, photographs, and other relatedmaterials of highway patrol-investigated motor vehicle accidents and forrequests for specialized statistical computer analysis of motor vehicleaccident investigation data shall be deposited in the state treasury to thecredit of the "Highway Patrol Traffic Records Fund" which is herebycreated. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080, RSMo, to thecontrary, if the moneys collected and deposited into the fund are nottotally expended annually by the highway patrol at the end of the biennium,such unexpended moneys in such fund shall remain in the fund and shall notrevert to the state general revenue fund.
