Disclosure of criminal history information, who may receive.

43.507. All criminal history information, in the possessionor control of the central repository, except criminalintelligence and investigative information, may be made availableto qualified persons and organizations for research, evaluativeand statistical purposes under written agreements reasonablydesigned to ensure the security and confidentiality of theinformation and the protection of the privacy interests of theindividuals who are subjects of the criminal history. Prior tosuch information being made available, information that uniquelyidentifies the individual shall be deleted. Organizationsreceiving such criminal history information shall not reestablishthe identity of the individual and associate it with the criminalhistory information being provided.
