43.542. In order to facilitate the authorized interstate exchange ofcriminal history information for noncriminal justice purposes to adopt theNational Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact, 42 U.S.C. 14616, thelegislature approves and adopts the compact. The chief administrator ofthe state's criminal history records repository shall execute the compacton behalf of the state of Missouri.
