Property held in trust.

71.120. Whenever any property, real or personal, is held byany municipal corporation in a fiduciary capacity, the circuitcourt shall have jurisdiction, upon proceedings instituted in thename of the attorney general or prosecuting attorney, to inquireinto any breaches of trust, fraud or negligence, and toadminister the proper relief.
