What consent necessary.

71.260. But no such vacation of a street or alley shall takeplace, unless the consent of the persons owning two-thirds of theproperty immediately adjoining thereto be obtained therefor inwriting, which consent shall be acknowledged before some circuitor associate circuit judge and filed for record in the recorder'soffice in said county.
