Bonds, term of, form, interest rate, private sale authorized.

71.806. The notes and bonds issued hereunder shall bear suchdate or dates, and shall mature at such time or times, in thecase of any general obligation bond or note not exceeding twentyyears, from the date of issue of such original bond or note, andin the case of any revenue bond not exceeding fifty years fromthe date of issue, as may be provided by the governing body ofsuch city. The notes and bonds shall bear interest at such rate,be in such denominations, be in such form, either coupon orregistered, carry such registration privileges, be executed insuch manner, be payable in such medium of* payment, at such placeor places and be subject to such terms of redemption as provided.The notes and bonds shall be sold at public or private sale, atsuch price or prices as shall be determined.
