77.610. Such city, in taking an appeal or prosecuting a writof error in any judicial proceeding, shall give bonds as requiredby law; but it is hereby released from the obligation of law tofurnish security therefor. All such bonds shall be executed bythe mayor or chief magistrate of such city, and shall be taken inall courts of this state as full compliance with the law in suchcases; and all laws and parts of laws inconsistent with thisprovision are hereby repealed.
