78.330. The council may remove any of said commissionersduring their term of office for cause and shall fill any vacancythat may occur in said commission for the unexpired term. Thecity council shall provide suitable rooms in which the said civilservice commission may hold its meetings. They shall have aclerk who shall keep a record of all its meetings, such city tosupply the said commission with all the necessary equipment toproperly attend to such business.
