78.620. The council of any city operating under sections78.430 to 78.640 shall cause the city manager to prepare and filewith the council monthly itemized statement of receipts andexpenditures of the city, and a summary of the businesstransacted for the month preceding; and every three months theunpublished reports shall be published in pamphlet form andprinted copies thereof shall be furnished the city library, thevarious newspapers of the city and citizens applying therefor atthe office of the city clerk.
