Election ordered.

79.040. If, at any time, by reason of nonacceptance,resignation, refusal to qualify, or for any other cause, thereshall be no officers of the city to order an election, anycommissioner of the county commission, or associate circuit judgeof the county, is empowered to order and hold an election forcity officers.
