Trustees--publication of ordinances--chairman.

80.120. The chairman of the board shall cause to be printedand published the bylaws and ordinances of the board, for theinformation of the inhabitants, and cause the same to be carriedinto effect. He shall remain in office for the term for which heis appointed or elected as a trustee; but in case of his absenceat any meeting of the board, the board may appoint a chairman protempore, and in case he shall die, resign, be removed from officeor remove from the town, the board of trustees shall appoint oneof their number chairman, who shall hold the office for theunexpired term.
