Police force--list of personnel--candidate's right to examine testpapers and marks (Kansas City).

84.580. 1. There shall be maintained in the departments alist of all persons in the service of the departments in suchcities, showing in connection with each name the position held,the salary or wages paid, the date and character of appointmentand every subsequent change in status, and the date and characterof each disciplinary action taken against the officer oremployee.

2. On his request, any candidate on an eligible list or whohas not passed an examination shall have the right, eitherpersonally or through an agent or agents designated in writing byhim, to examine his examination paper and markings. No eligiblelist shall be extended for a period of more than two yearswithout a new application and examination.
