Special tax bills for sewers, validity, how collected.

88.846. All special tax bills issued under the provisions ofsections 88.832 to 88.852 for sewers shall be as valid in allrespects whatever as the other special tax bills provided forherein and shall be collected in the same manner, containing thesame provisions as provided for in sections 88.812 to 88.818 and88.854.
