89.191. Whenever any city, town or village, located in acounty of the first class with a charter form of governmentannexes any unincorporated territory, the zoning classificationof the annexed territory shall remain the same as it was prior tothe annexation, unless the zoning classification is affirmativelychanged through the regular rezoning procedures used by theannexing city, town or village.
