Any person violating the provisions of sections89.300 to 89.490 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convictionthereof shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor morethan five hundred dollars, or by confinement in the county jailfor not more than one year, or by both such fine and confinement.
