Kansas City symphony's promissory note to state extended to April 15,1998.

90.702. Interest on the promissory note entered into by the Kansas CitySymphony, a not-for-profit corporation, wherein it promised to repay to thestate of Missouri the sum of one million dollars with interest on or beforethe fifteenth day of April, 1993, shall be paid on or before that time, andthe note is hereby extended and shall become due and payable on April 15,1998. No further extension of the note shall be made or granted and the note,the underlying debt represented by the note and any accrued interest shall notbe released, extinguished or forgiven in whole or in part.
