Duties of the authority--annual report due when.

90.760. The duties of the authority created in section 90.750 shallinclude, but are not limited to, the study and review of all current majorsports leagues, clubs or franchises operating in Kansas City and theanalysis of possibilities for future growth and expansion of existing andnew major sports leagues, clubs or franchises in that and surroundingareas. Unless and until otherwise provided, the authority shall make anannual report by December first of every year, to the governor, thepresident pro tem of the senate and the speaker of the house ofrepresentatives, and the director of the department of economicdevelopment. Such report shall set forth in detail the authority'sfindings and recommendations.
