92.290. No tax ordinance enacted pursuant to the provisionsof sections 92.210 to 92.300 shall require any taxpayer to filecopies of his state or federal income tax returns with any cityofficer, employee or other person designated by the ordinance tocollect or otherwise administer any tax imposed thereunder.
