92.331. Such proposition shall be submitted to the votersin substantially the following form at such election:
Shall a convention and tourism tax of .......... percent onthe amount of sales or charges for all rooms paid by thetransient guests of hotels, motels and tourist courts and........... percent on the gross receipts derived from the retailsales of food at a food establishment be levied in the city of............... to provide funds for the promotion of conventionand tourism?
