Joinder of parcels, how numbered, fee.

92.735. Any number of parcels of real estate may be joinedin one petition or suit. Each separate tract or parcel of realestate joined in any one action shall be given a serial number bythe collector and shall be separately indexed and docketed by thecircuit clerk in a book kept by the clerk for that purpose. Foreach serially numbered parcel of real estate, the circuit clerkshall be allowed a fee of ten cents, which shall be taxed andpaid as other costs in the case which he shall pay into the citytreasury in accordance with the provisions of chapter 82, RSMo.
