Sheriff's deed, effect of.

92.855. Each sheriff's deed given pursuant to the provisionsof the municipal land reutilization law shall be presumptiveevidence that the suit and all proceedings therein and allproceedings prior thereto from and including assessment of thelands affected thereby and all notices required by law wereregular and in accordance with all provisions of the law relatingthereto. After two years from the date of the recording of suchsheriff's deed, the presumption shall be conclusive, unless atthe time that this section takes effect the two-year period sincethe recording of such sheriff's deed has expired, or less thansix months of such period of two years remains unexpired, inwhich latter case the presumption shall become conclusive sixmonths after September 28, 1971. No suit to set aside or toattack the validity of any such sheriff's deed shall be commencedor maintained unless the suit is filed prior to the time that thepresumption becomes conclusive, as aforesaid.
