Members and employees prohibited from profiting from operationsof authority, exception--penalty.

92.920. 1. Neither said members nor any salaried employeeof the land reutilization authority provided for herein shallreceive any compensation, emolument or other profit directly orindirectly from the rental, management, purchase, sale or otherdisposition of any lands held by such land reutilizationauthority other than the salaries, expenses and emolumentsprovided for herein.

2. Any person convicted of violating this section shall bedeemed guilty of a felony and upon conviction thereof shall besentenced to serve not less than two nor more than five years inthe state penitentiary.
