Additional indebtedness of cities by special vote.

95.120. Any city, whether organized under the general lawsof this state or by special charter or by constitutionalcharter, by vote of the constitutionally required percentage ofthe qualified electors thereof voting thereon, may incur anadditional indebtedness for city purposes authorized in thecharter of such city or by any general law of this state, not toexceed five percent of the taxable tangible property therein asshown by the last completed assessment for state and countypurposes.
