May issue bonds for payment of judgment--how sold.

95.415. Any city or town in this state having a specialcharter and containing ten thousand inhabitants or less may, forthe purpose of paying any indebtedness of any such city or townwhich may have been ascertained or determined by a judgment ordecree of any court of competent jurisdiction, issue and sellnegotiable bonds of any such city or town to an amount sufficientto pay off and satisfy such judgments or decrees; such bonds tobe made, issued and sold as may be provided and directed byordinance.
