95.500. Sections 95.465 to 95.500 shall not repeal, abridge,impair or in any way affect any law or act passed by thethirty-eighth general assembly of this state, relating to theissue and sale of bonds of any such city for the purpose ofpaying judgments or decrees of courts, and providing for thepayment of any such bonds; and no law or act passed by the saidthirty-eighth general assembly shall be in any way construed toabridge, impair or otherwise affect the provisions of saidsections.
