95.553. No employees of any independent public board oragency shall be covered by any plan adopted hereunder unlesstheir inclusion shall be authorized by resolution or order ofsuch board or agency; but any such city may terminate thecoverage of the employees of any public board or agency or modifythe scope of their coverage in the manner authorized by ordinanceor by amendment thereto, notwithstanding the resolution or orderof any independent board or agency.
