100.040. Any municipality desiring to avail itself of the provisions ofsections 100.010 to 100.200 shall prepare plans for the industrial developmentof such municipality. In preparing the plans, the municipality shallcooperate with local private agencies and with other state and local agenciesconcerned with industrial development.
